He is a registered professional engineer with over 11 years of experience with a strong focus on developing compliant, cost-effective, and innovative solutions. Ashwin has demonstrated initiative, judgment, and critical thinking skills required to be a solution focussed for the client as a result of which he has been able to engage with and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ashwin has been involved in the design of hydraulic and fire protection systems in buildings across multiple sectors. His experience also includes master planning feasibility studies, site audits, and asset condition assessments. Ashwin is part of WalkerBai’s Quality Management Systems Committee. He is also passionate about mentoring junior engineers and in his current role he is mentoring junior engineers within the team. Ashwin is also passionate about mentoring junior engineers in his current role.
