Milissa has more than 8 years of experience in the Administration, Sales, and Customer Service Department. Armed with her excellent communication and organisational skills, Milissa supervises the administration team to ensure administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Her scope of support further includes implementing administrative systems, procedures, policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Her main goal is to ensure the efficient implementation of administrative systems, procedures, policies, and day to day operation of the business.
